Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Submit Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please attach high-resolution photos of the packaging and the affected bottles to expedite your claim.
- 3.Package Securely
Ensure the bottles are placed back in their original protective packaging to prevent further breakage during the return shipment.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5 business days.
